(Vancouver, BC) – Métis Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), launched the new MEDC brand and new website, www.metisedc.ca, to provide businesses, individuals and partner organizations with relevant and easy-to-find information on the Métis Economic Development Corporation and its opportunities.

“Our website will be an important way for us to share information about the Métis Economic Development Corporation and a way to communicate with Métis businesses, partners and potential partners on our goals and objectives,” says Shauna Benson, consulting Executive Director for MEDC. “We are looking for feedback from our Métis businesses and partners on what else they would like to see as far as improved functionality to ensure an easier and more engaging experience for users.”

The new website site features:

  • The 2015 Business plan
  • New Board of Directors
  • News
  • Events taking place
  • It will also include a Resource section and a Partnership section, both coming soon.

Keith Henry, the Métis Economic Development Corporation Board President, is pleased with the progress of the Corporation and encourages Métis businesses and possible Partners to engage and move forward to a positive and prosperous future.

Thank you to Earlene Bitterman, Glacier Graphics, who was the successful bidder for the new website.
