Leader Presenting March 30th at TWU 7-9 PM

BC Métis Federation is proud of elected leader and Secretary Mr. Joe Desjarlais about his upcoming presentation on March 30th, on campus at the Trinity Western University. Mr. Desjarlais has been asked to present a presentation entitled “My Journey to Métis Identity.”

This is an amazing personal story and journey while raising the profile of Métis people. More importantly this opportunity also provides a platform to speak about our issues to the broad academic and student body from this institution in the lower mainland in British Columbia.

Where: The Graduate Collegium at Fosmark Building, Trinity Western University, 7600 Glover Road, Langley, BC.
When: Thursday 30 March, starting at 7pm, concluding at 9pm.

Congratulations Joe, this is what gets the attention of all kinds of people. They really listen and

enjoy a Metis person who can tell their audiences ” what is a Metis” and how we became what

we are in today’s world.Conversations and quality of content are extremely important to the

    audiences.

    Keep up the good works.

    A Metis Elder

    Good Afternoon,

Is this lecture going to be Live-broadcast or recorded to watch later, for those who cannot attend?
    Thanks,
    Earlene

Instead of congratulations I am going to say “Thank You” Joe, this is exactly what we need more of, Metis people standing up in public and telling them you are Metis.
