2019-2020 Annual Report Demonstrates Growth for the BC Métis Federation

BC Métis Federation leadership and team members are pleased to release the 2019-2020 BC Métis Federation Annual Report. The report provides comprehensive details on the progress of the organization in relation to a financial audit, membership growth, economic development, child and family work, and much more that the organization accomplished this past fiscal year.
The Annual Report also shares key outcomes such as:
  • Michif Language Revitalization project work led by board member Rene Therrien
  • Land and Life Project led by Joe Desjarlais and academic lead Dr. Bruce Shelvey
  • Insights to numerous engagements with local Métis communities to support Métis procurement and employment specific to Trans Mountain Expansion, TC Energy and other industry project work
