BCMF would like to remind members that the annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) of BC Métis Federation (“BCMF”) will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 1 pm, PDT.

All BCMF Members eligible to vote will be able to cast their votes using the Webcast Canada platform that will be live-streaming the AGM. For a copy of the agenda, please visit: www.BCMetis.com/AGM2021

For Voting Members: You will be provided with a link to the secure AGM webpage via email one hour before the Meeting on Saturday, November 6th, 2021. Please ensure that BCMF has your current email on file; if you have concerns kindly contact Membership@BCMetis.com to confirm your email of record.  The link will be sent from support@webcastcanada.ca. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folders if you have not received the link by 12:30, PDT. If you have not received the email, please reach out to admin@bcmetis.com.

Once you have received the webcast link, please click on the link and enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address, you will receive a second email with a unique PIN number.  This is to ensure the security of the vote. Please enter your PIN number as requested prior to the AGM start time at 1 PM PDT.  If you have any trouble logging in, please contact Admin@BCMetis.com. Once you have logged in, and have entered your secure PIN, you can wait for the meeting to start.
