From February 23-March 4, 2022 BC Métis Federation will be hosting a series of small Focus Groups on Vancouver Island to gather insight and discuss ongoing project development with the Canadian Coast Guard. These sessions are crucial to creating programs and communication plans that benefit Métis people along the coast and increase engagement and opportunities between our members and the Canadian Coast Guard moving forward.

On February 23rd we will kick off this engagement in Nanaimo. We will be hosting a small group afternoon session over lunch at Brown’s Social House, 6338 Metral Dr. #6 at 1:00 pm.
