BC Métis Federation leaders and elected board members met virtually on Friday, March 4th for the first board meeting of the new year. The meeting included a very full agenda with the goal of reviewing and approving the 2022-2023 Action Plan, as well as the approval of two new board appointments.

BC Métis Federation President Keith Henry stated, “We had a productive meeting to kick off our year, and I am very pleased to welcome both Louise and Rosanne to our Board of Directors. This meeting was an excellent meeting to further introduce them to our processes and procedures, and get their perspective on our plans for the year ahead.”

Updated Membership Procedures were presented and approved, as well as internal guidelines, policies goals and budgets for the coming year.
