The BC Metis Federation is pleased to see Environment Canada begin to take steps to recognize the representative role of the organization with the “Invitation to Participate in the Preparation of a Recovery Strategy for the Marbled Murrelet.”

BC Metis Federation continues to receive new engagement opportunities with Industry and Government departments who no longer dismiss the legitimate representative role within BC.

BC Metis Federation is reviewing the letter and consider best options to engage in this important study.
