BC Metis Federation and BC Hydro, a crown agency of the Province, have engaged in the W.A.C. Bennett Visitor Center upgrade which hosts about 10,000 visitors each summer to the facility in Hudson Hope.

BC Metis Federation has a number of members in Hudson Hope and area and two members have been requested to attend and fully participate on the Aboriginal Advisory Committee to provide input and Metis history to the future visitor center upgrade.
