Representatives will once again be walking proudly showcasing Metis culture to the hundreds of thousands of people who attend the Canada Day Parade once again this year in downtown Vancouver.

The Canada Day Parade starts on Monday, July 1st at 7:00 PM and BC Metis Federation will be walking and showcasing the Metis flags with pride once again in celebration of an Aboriginal cultural entry to one of the largest parades in Canada.

We encourage Metis people to join the Canada Day Parade route this Monday as we build awareness about the Metis culture in Vancouver, British Columbia and across Canada.
