(Vancouver, BC) The BC Mètis Federation is pleased to announce today that the sixth (6th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Burnaby, BC October 1st, 2017.
BC Métis Federation President Keith Henry stated, “Our board is preparing to host the sixth AGM in Burnaby. This is a great opportunity for members to be informed about the progress of the organization this past year.”
BC Métis Federation President Henry concluded, “I strongly encourage BC Métis Federation members to attend as there are several issues of importance in advancing membership issues and concerns including Section 35 Métis rights. These are exciting times and the leadership has made significant progress despite massive challenges.”
The BC Métis Federation will be posting additional Annual General Meeting information in the coming weeks so be sure to watch for new details.
