BCMF Member’s Feedback Survey for Renewal of Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is reaching out to Indigenous organizations to gather input on the renewal of the Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ASETS). BCMF does not deliver this program, but is seeking input from our members to ensure their views are submitted as we value the feedback of members in determining needs, interests and concerns to guide future actions and priorities.

Our goal is that this survey will support the future negotiation of entitlements of programs and services for Metis people as well as advancing the collective rights of communities to self determination, governance and sustainability in this time of reconciliation.

We have prepared the following short survey for members, which will take about 3 minutes to complete. The survey will be open until November 2, 2016 and the results will be sent to the Government.
