BC Metis Federation continues to monitor the scandal regarding the Senate. This past weekend saw major developments and it is clear Prime Minister Harper will face an uphill battle going forward.

This Prime Minister was the leader who ran over 7 years ago with promises to abolish the Senate. Like most leaders when he came to power, his message changed regarding the Senate and nothing has changed.

This will be a major story for the following weeks and we strongly encourage people to follow as it unfolds.
