The Indigenous Community for Leadership and Development (ICLD) is running a number of personal development and essential skill programs in Tk’emlups (Kamloops), Penticton, Nanoose Bay and Squamish Nation (North Vancouver). These programs aim to help in the participants’ career development and include computer training and resume creation. There are also certifications being offered in flagging, first aid, Safe Talk, Food Safe, basic security, WHMIs, Serving it Right, WorldHost Fundamentals, customers with disabilities, Service Across Cultures and Remarkable You.
The Squamish program will start January 3, 2017, while the other locations have ongoing start dates.
