Kikino Metis Children and Family Services agency from Prince George has been approached by MCFD to assist them with Métis specific Foster Parent Recruitment and dialogue on how MCFD can do things to better support Métis Children in care. Kikino is not necessarily asking for those to become foster parents but to have that dialogue on what that looks like in your view for Métis children. Therefore MCFD has provided Kikino with a small contract to coordinate an upcoming meeting this Monday, March 4th and to provide an honorarium for those that share their dialogue and time with their agency.
