BC Metis Federation is advising members and partners that we sent a letter to the Provincial Attorney General David Eby today.  The Provincial Government continues to devolve services for low-income Indigenous people to the BC First Nations Justice Society.  This process, despite an overwhelming representation of local Metis clients, is not inclusive of Metis engagement and appears to only serve First Nations.
 
Therefore a letter was sent today in an effort to request new engagement and inclusion for Metis on behalf of our low income BC Metis Federation members needing justice support such as children and family services.
