Métis people and all Canadians are preparing for the next Federal Election scheduling for October 2015. Over the course of the nest few months Métis Coffee Talk will take time to learn about the parties and their platforms as they relate to Métis issues.
Therefore this week Métis Coffee Talk will feature two Métis individuals from BC seeking election as Members of Parliament (MPs) this fall in the upcoming Federal Election for 2 of the approximate 40 seats up for election in BC.
Louis De Jaegar (Chilliwack-Hope) and Karly Scott (Central Okanagan) are both Métis and they will share their views and stories about why they have decided to run for the Federal Liberal Party and their vision going forward.
