The leadership of the BC Métis Federation met this weekend and has agreed to support a Métis foster family facing an extremely difficult situation. While details of the case must remain confidential there are many steps being taken to address.

A letter was sent to the Minister of Children and Family Development and steps are being taken in court this week to support the family.

We strongly encourage members to stay informed as the BC Métis Federation may be calling for a public rally subject to the outcome of efforts this week.
