BC Metis Federation is sharing this letter written by Crystal Easton who was recently fired by MNBC as a result of the Joanne Dumont scandal that surfaced this past week. The fall out continues as MNBC showcases their lack of understanding about this issue and the reasons grassroots Metis are upset across BC. Her letter points out very important points such as the fact the Joanne should not have qualified, plus many other startling points of view. This is a must read for any MNBC member to see how the internal corporate culture of MNBC continues to deteriorate. What is more disappointing to BC Metis Federation is Crystal is another Metis victim of MNBC actions now impacted. Truth is the MNBC has become a number of non Metis staff and consultants who have ruined the MNBC organization.
