BCMF President Keith Henry will be hosting the next “Coffee Talk” broadcast live this Thursday June 30th @ 7:30 PM live on www.livestream.com/metis. I will use this session to update Metis people about the most recent developments with the BCMF and continue to prepare folks for Metis Days that the BCMF is hosting on July 9th and 10th as part of the Klahowya Village in Stanley Park. Remember the Metis Trading Post and Artisan Exhibit are open each day until September 11th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. BCMF invites Metis people from throughout BC to attend anytime this summer. However, the 9th and 10th will be a focus on the Metis cultural entertainment on the main stage each day. BCMF will also be hosting a function on the evening of Saturday, July 9th from 6-9 PM. BCMF is arranging an evening that will include a salmon feast and entertainment for all Metis to attend and enjoy. Watch for event details soon!
