The BCMF Consultation Office is working with Federal regulators – the National Energy Board and the Major Projects Management Office – to ensure that Crown Consultation for the proposed (conditionally approved) Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain Expansion Project is timely and thorough, and that any members whose rights may be impacted directly or indirectly by the proposed project have a chance to provide input into BCMF filings.
