Quebec National Assembly Support Exoneration of Louis Riel

The BC Métis Federation and a growing list of partners are demanding the exoneration of Louis Riel as the 135th anniversary of his unjust hanging approaches.

This week, the Quebec National Assembly also voted in favour of the exoneration movement. Since Riel spent part of his life in Montreal, being backed by the Quebec Provincial Government is a powerful statement to the Federal Government.
