Who are Community Researchers?

Community Researchers are self-identifying Métis people from across the Province that have shown a heart for research. They agree to the shared responsibility of participating in a project of this size and undergoing the training and studying the curriculum provided. They will conduct hands-on research, journaling their experience and sharing the knowledge that they gain with the rest of us, with permission from their local communities.
