In honour of Louis Riel, the Métis Association of Central Okanagan (MACO) is hosting a Spirit Animal Workshop on November 16. Led by the incredibly talented Métis artist Louise Lambert, the event is being held at Wine Country Studios in West Kelowna and will be followed by light refreshments.

About the Workshop

You will start with a guided meditation, and after paving the way with gentle coaching you will create your own artistic version of your spirit animal. If you have never held a paintbrush or drawn before now is your chance for a fun and insightful experience! Learn more.
