The Nova Métis Heritage Association is hosting a community gathering on Tuesday, February 27 in Surrey to discuss housing and homelessness. The meeting is open to all local Métis leadership and community members who are interested in attending. Insights and initial recommendations from the recent Métis at Home survey will be shared and there will be an opportunity for discussion and participant feedback. This event is intended to connect Métis people, the local housing sector, and the community to build relationships and potential partnerships. Come out and enjoy some traditional Metis fiddle music, jigging, dinner, and door prizes.
