Update Deborah Canada December 12th 2013

BC Metis Federation has been advised that Deborah Canada is now recovering and showing strong signs of improvement. It is clear the power of prayer and support from the creator are making a difference.

The BC Metis Federation leadership is relieved to hear the progress and will be supporting Deborah in all she does in the future.

BC Metis Federation are asking all Metis people across the province to pray for Deborah Canada from Kamloops. She has become very ill and is in intensive care fighting serious medical challenges.

Deborah has served the Metis community for decades assisting Metis children and family services plus several family support initiatives, etc.

BC Metis Federation encourages all Metis friends to attend this important ceremony and continue to pray each day to support Deborah in this important medical situation.

BC Metis Federation leaders, members, and partners extend our most heartfelt support to Deborah and her family in this time of need.
