BC Metis Federation is pleased to share the official letter that was submitted to Transport Canada yesterday regarding the Minor Works Order and their Federal Regulatory review process.
The letter addresses BC Métis Federation’s comments with respect to Transport Canada’s ongoing consultation and solicitation of feedback on the contemplated changes to the Minor Works Order under the Canadian Navigable Waters Act (“CNWA”).
