Beach Clean-up at Esquimalt Lagoon – BCMF Coastal Water Protectors

The BCMF Coastal Conservation department was in Victoria August 10th at Esquimalt Lagoon for a family-friendly beach clean-up. Under perfectly blue skies, volunteers were equipped with gloves, trash pickers and bags so they could safely clean the shore of debris.

“It was incredible to see how many people of all ages showed up to help out,” said Tanner Oswald, Conservation Coordinator. “Working together, we can ensure marine conservation is at the forefront of everyone’s minds.”
