This resource guide booklet is a collection of useful and enjoyable materials for parents of children from birth to five years old developed between the BCMF Language and Culture and the BCMF Child, Youth and Family Departments.

The resource guide covers topics such as swaddling, infant massage, soothing, rocking, self-care, and Métis culture and history. It also provides links to websites, videos, and storybooks that can help parents learn more and bond with their children. The goal of this guide is to support parents in their journey of raising healthy and happy children.
