On February 22nd, the Métis Association of Central Okanagan (MACO) hosted a Métis Dot Art: Rock Painting event in Kelowna.

Drawing inspiration from traditional Métis beadwork, the fun workshop guided attendees in creating their own pieces of art by mimicking beadwork with dot art painting on rocks. Participants created beautiful pieces of Métis dot art on their rocks and learned about Métis beadwork and rock painting in the process.
