Today, the Governor in Council approved TMX and that every dollar the federal government earns from the project will be invested in Canada’s clean energy transition.

Looking forward, the Government will continue to engage directly with you to discuss the potential impacts of regulatory authorizations on Aboriginal and treaty rights as well as other outstanding issues related to the project.
