The BC Métis Federation has signed a new Statement of Cooperation (SoC) with the Metis Association of Central Okanagan (“MACO”).

BCMF President Keith Henry stated, “Creating the concept of Partnership Communities is at the core of everything we do at the Federation. I am very honoured to announce the formal signing of this Statement of Cooperation. MACO joins our Partner Communities today, and we are very much looking forward to a long and productive relationship. ” 

MACO President Greg Mazur stated, “Today is an excellent day for our community, and we are thrilled to be officially signing a Statement of Cooperation with the BC Metis Federation.  Being able to sign this new agreement during the 10-year anniversary event in Kelowna made this so special for our board and local Metis members in attendance.”
